You can preview the cover, back cover and chapter list but the core text content of the book is only written after you place your order.
If you’ve made a mistake you can contact customer support at hello@plucky-books.com and we’ll see if we can make an edit. If we can’t we may need to cancel the order and you will need to re-order. If the book has gone to print then we won’t be able to make any changes.
There is no formal age restriction but Plucky books are written by adults for adults and some books will contain mild adult humour.
Once you've approved your preview, books are typically printed and dispatched within 2–3 working days.

We'd recommend ordering at least 10 days before you need it to be safe, especially around busy periods like Christmas.
Yes. These are proper books and are made in the same factories with the same papers and materials that manufacture millions of premium Wonderbly and Historic Newspaper books every year. They're printed on quality paper and you can choose softback or hardback at checkout. They look great on a shelf and hold up to being read (and re-read).
If there's a printing error or the book arrives damaged, we'll replace it at no charge as quickly as possible. If you don’t like the content of the book we will refund you, no questions asked.
The details you share are used solely to generate your book. We store this data on our secure servers for 30 days after you order after which it is deleted automatically. We don't sell your data or use it for marketing purposes. See our full privacy policy for details.
